AMBASSADORS BUSINESS FOR CHRIST PRESENTS
24th Thanksgiving Anniversary
“Is It Not for a Cause?”
“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.”- 1 Chronicles 16:34 (NIV)
For our church, each year that concludes a testament to God’s grace and faithfulness. This year, we once again echo His provision as our Ambassadors Business for Christ (ABC) celebrated its 24th Thanksgiving Anniversary entitled “Is it not for a Cause?” held at La Chandelle Events Place last Nov. 23, 2016.
ABC is composed of our Church brethren who are engaged in business and enterprise.
Guests were treated to a joyous atmosphere with the serenading numbers of Bro. Raffy Salas Sis. Ningning Fortuna, Bro. Ted Robillos and Atty. Leo Palicte, plus fun games about Christmas.
Making the celebration more engaging and personal, long-time ABC brethren shared how being a part of the ABC made an impact in their lives.
“I learn the truth [in this church] that’s why I have a strong relationship with God,” Bro. Sison Fabro, who’s been in the ministry for 20 years, shared.
Sis. Rosa Ladaran, for her part, said that her consistent attendance in ABC gatherings for 16 years as well as God’s grace sustained her ministry.
Apart from these amazing testimonies, our Church Administrator Leslie Santos, who graced the event, also presented the inspiring outcome of ABC’s relentless support—the sustenance of our Church’s outreach programs namely Ikaw Naman Project of the Nugen team and Kayo Naman Po Project of the Yupper team. These programs benefitted less fortunate children and elderly brethren in their physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.
The night would not be complete without the preaching of the Word of God. Bishop Louie Santos delivered a powerful message centering on God’s purpose and the crucial preparation a person needs to do. We should all start with Jesus to obtain His purpose in our lives for He alone has shed blood when He died in the Cross to bring the real change.
Again, God made this 24th Thanksgiving Anniversary a success with the water baptism of three businessmen visitors. Let us continue to pray for our ABC to flourish so we can touch more lives and bring them closer to Jesus Christ.
To God be the Glory!
