If you are near any Yellow Line station (f. LRT-1)

1. Go to the nearest Yellow Line station
2. Pay for and drop-off at the last North station which is Balintawak Station (as of 2010-06-28)
3. Ride a jeep going to Quezon City Hall
4. Pay for and drop-off at the Passenger Terminal of the Quezon City Hall (at Kalayaan Avenue)
5. Walk back to Quezon City Hall and take the underpass to Quezon Memorial Circle
6. Head to Quezon Memorial Circle Skating Rink

If you are near any Blue Line station (f. MRT-3)

1. Go to the nearest Blue Line station
2. Pay for and drop-off at Quezon Avenue station
3. Ride a jeep going to Quezon City Hall
4. Pay for and drop-off at the Passenger Terminal of the Quezon City Hall (at Kalayaan Avenue)
5. Walk back to Quezon City Hall and take the underpass to Quezon Memorial Circle
6. Head to Quezon Memorial Circle Skating Rink

Via España - Quezon Avenue

1. By Public Jeep

   1. Ride any jeep headed to Quezon City Hall (UP College Diliman, Philcoa, Commonwealth Avenue, Fairview, etc.)
   2. Pay for “Quezon City Hall”
   3. Tell the driver to drop you off at the Passenger Terminal of Quezon City Hall (at Kalayaan Avenue)
   4. Walk back to Quezon City Hall and take the underpass to Quezon Memorial Circle
   5. Head to Quezon Memorial Circle Skating Rink

2. By private car or metered taxi

   1. Drive to Elliptical Road
   2. For private cars: You can park inside Quezon Memorial Circle
   3. For metered taxi
      
      • Drop-off in front of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources / Philippine Coconut Authority (this is before the Department of Agrarian Reform)
      • Take the underpass located at your drop-off point (in front of BFAR) to Quezon Memorial Circle
   4. Walk to Quezon Memorial Circle Skating Rink

Via EDSA

1. By Public Bus

   1. Ride buses headed to Fairview
   2. Pay for “Quezon City Hall”
   3. Tell the driver to drop you off at the Passenger Terminal of Quezon City Hall (at Kalayaan Avenue)
   4. Walk back to Quezon City Hall and take the underpass to Quezon Memorial Circle
   5. Head to Quezon Memorial Circle Skating Rink

2. By private car or metered taxi

   1. Drive via EDSA
   2. Turn-right at East Avenue
   3. For private cars: You can park inside Quezon Memorial Circle
   4. For metered taxi
      
      • Drop-off in front of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources / Philippine Coconut Authority (this is before the Department of Agrarian Reform)
      • Take the underpass located at your drop-off points (in front of BFAR) to Quezon Memorial Circle
